Pink linen teacup - now available in Kindle flavour!!

Yesterday was the first day I have felt 'a little bit Christmassy'. With my folks staying with me at the moment and warming fires at either end of the house, I could be forgiven for getting that Christmassy tingle, couldn't I?

All of this cosiness set the right atmosphere for a little making, so here it is......
A little make to share with you, just about to go into my shops.

Luscious pink linen ........

.......vintage bark cloth lining......

......pearlised button

.......and a cared for Kindle

Visit my Folksy or Etsy shops to find out more. More Kindle Covers are on their way but if you have one in mind contact me direct, I'd love to help you out.

Have a great day

  1. So much nicer than a stark piece of electronics! Beautifully made as ever Caroline. Vx

  2. Hehe, love the post title. And I agree with Vicky! A great gift idea. So great but I don't know anyone with a kindle...or that new one from WHSmiths. Love the design by the way. Very well thought out, and lets be honest, who doesn't love a good cuppa with a book/kindle.

  3. See I told you you always post on a Wednesday!
It is a teasing view of the lining, any chance of a better view (when has anyone wanted to view lining fabric before?).

  4. A really pretty cover! I am sure that they will do well.

  5. If I am very very lucky I just might get a kindle for Christmas in which case one of your lovely teacup covers would look great on it but I am not holding my breath. Droping hints like house bricks though.

  6. That is lovely Caroline! Loving the colours. :)Mich

  7. Thats lovely Caroline. Pity i dont have a kindle really!

  8. They are a great idea and when I get my Kindle (hint hint anybody?) I shall definitely get you to do me a personalised one!

  9. I really love your style, that cup is so cute! The pink fabric really works and the button sets it off. Fab!
